- Fill out the Article Request form with the required information then click the Submit Request button.
- An article may take 1-3 days to arrive. You will receive an email alert that the article is available for you to download. Login to ILLiad and click the Electronically Received Articles link to view or download the article (see details below).
Book requests:
- Before requesting a book, be sure to first search the Library Catalog to check that the library does not own the print or digital copy of the book you want.
- Fill out the Book Request form with the required information then click the Submit Request button.
- Books are sent to Sherratt Library by mail, so expect 1-2 weeks for arrival. You'll get an email notice when the book is available for you to pick up at the library.
Interlibrary Loan Electronically Received Articles page:
If you have requested an ILL article and want to check to see if it has arrived (or have received notification that it has), go to the Interlibrary Loan page and click the Electronically Received Articles link. If your article has arrived you will see the categories on the right (Transaction, View, Size, etc.) filled in with your article's information, including a link to download the article. You may manage your ILL articles from this page.
