  • Core Historical Literature of Agriculture 
    CHLA is primarily a collection of landmark agricultural texts published between the early nineteenth century and the middle to late twentieth century. These full-text materials cover agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, animal science, crops and their protection, food science, forestry, human nutrition, rural sociology, and soil science. Selected Data Resources Online

  • Data.Gov 
    The U.S. government is one of the biggest publishers of data in the world. This site searches their datasets. Data.gov is the home of the U.S. Government’s open data. Here you will find data, tools, and resources to conduct research, develop web and mobile applications, design data visualizations, and more.
  • FAOSTAT
    The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations collects data on food and forestry production from countries around the world and has both current and historical data.

  • OECD Library
    OECD iLibrary is the online library of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) featuring its books, papers and statistics and is the knowledge base of OECD's analysis and data.

Although many of the journals we have in Sherratt Library are available in electronic form, there are times when a print copy is the way to go.
