CSE Documentation (Council of Science Editors)

Many scientists use one of three systems of documentation specified by the Council of Science Editors in Scientific Style and Format: The CSE Manual for Authors, Editors, and Publishers (7th ed., 2006). T11 .S386 2006, Main and Reserve (Circulation Desk).

CAS Source Index

Multiple-word journal titles are highly abbreviated in citations in accordance with the ACS Style Guide. The CAS Source Index (CASSI) Search Tool is a useful tool to use for both citing and interpreting citations.
